Thank you for shopping with StillyCo. All pieces are released in limited drops and are packed and shipped with care. Please review the policy below before placing an order.
Order Processing
Orders are processed in the order they are received.
Please allow 5-14 business days for order processing after purchase unless the item is marked as a pre-order or made-to-order.
You will receive a confirmation email after your order is placed and a tracking email once your order has shipped.
Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.
Pre-Orders & Drop Items
Items released during a drop may be produced after the drop closes.
For these items, please allow 2–4 weeks for production and fulfillment before shipment.
By purchasing a pre-order or drop item, you acknowledge and accept this production timeline.
We do not offer cancellations once a drop item has been purchased.
Shipping Times
Estimated shipping times after fulfillment:

Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, weather, or high-volume periods.
StillyCo is not responsible for delays once the package has been handed to the shipping carrier.
Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.
We cannot guarantee address changes after an order is placed.
Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer are not refundable.
Lost or Stolen Packages
StillyCo is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed delivered by the carrier.
If your package is marked delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier first to file a claim.
International Orders
International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, or taxes determined by your country.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not controlled by StillyCo.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.
